Heather was always available to show me properties. She is knowledgeable and professional and guided me with grace through the stressful process of finding a new home.

Heather Contreras was exceptional from start to finish. She was ultra-responsive, proactive with updates, and always a step ahead on showings, comps, and contract timelines. Her local knowledge—neighborhoods, permitting nuances, off-grid considerations (solar, water, septic), and HOA rules—saved us time and headaches. She listened closely to our must-haves, offered smart trade-offs, and negotiated confidently while keeping us comfortable with every decision. Heather coordinated seamlessly with the lender, escrow, and inspectors, and her checklists made the process effortless. Most importantly, she’s trustworthy—clear, candid, and calm under pressure. We’d absolutely work with Heather again and recommend her without hesitation.

Heather went above and beyond on helping us find the right house . She made sure everything went very smoothly, and researched any questions that we had, and came back with answers. She’s very professional, and a great asset to your company.
